If you think one of the skins needs more work or you don't like something about them, post on this thread and I'll see what I can do.
Please note, this thread isn't going to go completely off topic like that rest of them. I will most likely delete any posts that have nothing to do with this.

I think that the pirate one is way to dark... its too black I reckon, it makes it look all emo ;D
Also, it would be good if the logout, profile etc. buttons had their own pictures like in the 'A storm is Coming' skin.
On the side of the boards, I reckon that each army should have a different picture, like, say pirates get a skull and crossbones, Northerners get a snow-flake, Southerners get a sun, stuff like that...
...thats my opinion anyway

I think that the Southerners should have a sun and a cobra (theres two different images for each army right? One for the topics you have read and one for the ones you haven't) The Northerners should have a snowflake and a mountain The Fallen angels should have an evil looking sword and maybe some wings The Pirates should have a skull-and-crossbones and a cutlass or something The Lilan navy should have a battleship and a sunset Well... they're just some ideas, run with the or not...  |

No, I'll probably be using landscapes more than anything. And cobras live in deserts, not tropical climates.

The Ice Forest really caught my attention... however, one flaw in it would be how at the bottom it begins to repeat again... but other than that, I like it. ^^
All right... okay. From a graphic point of view, because I have made Proboard Layouts before, I love the idea of the icons, however... they are usually supposed to be... similar images for the on/off icons. You can pick one of those and make one colored and the other black and white, like you have for A Storm is Coming and the lightening bolts...
I'll see if I can think of any other suggestions... ^^

The only reason that the background repeats over again is becuase of the different resolution sizes on the computer screens. Take mine for example, I've got a really high resolution on my screen, so I can sometimes get four parts of an image coming up... However, I just try and ignore them, because you never really look that closely at the backgrounds anyway... i only glance at them... What type of designs have you previously made Rhaxma? Because some ideas you've used before may be really good for our backgrounds now... Have you voted yet Ice? |

No, I'm leaving it for the members. My computer has quite a low resolution (I prefer the writing larger, it's puts less strain on my eyes), and from my viewpoint, none of them repeat, but obviously they would on screens with higher resolution.

Ohh, that's right... I had forgotten about the resolutions... that's all right then. ^^
Me? Well, I haven't made very many... but I usually just have a color theme, having the background as a color, keeping everything neat and clean looking. But, if I were to do some special background, it wouldn't be an image... instead, like... a pattern. I guess. But, using an image is fine. ^^

Putting an image in gives the site more originality in my opinion... I don't think that it should be changed, but then again, its not my decision...
