Chase was thinking tactically. From the message he could gather that some Naval soldiers had landed and were sieging Racana from the North, amidst jungle... he had an idea.
Chase threw the hat to the floor, "I'm not a ship captain people. We'll get as many pirates from here as possible, we'll sail to just north of Racana. We'll take some pirates with us and we'll attack the Navy soldiers from behind. We'll have to leave the ship away from the fight if we need to evacuate some civilians from the city..." He walked out of Brent's store. "Those are my orders..."
He started to walk towards the ship. He hoped it was large enough to carry and decent sized army. The Pirate Royal Guards were still in the city, and as their commander, Chase could easily get them onto the ship...

Maccenna looked up at Geddo and then to Brent. "Thankyou." she said and followed Chase out of the store and to the ship. She was ready to leave and far from ready to be on a ship again. Her heart nearly leapt out of her chest as they approached it. OOC: Bad post...  |

"Aye aye Chase!" geddo saluted to Chase and then got on the boat. He had made sure his blade was sharp. "Ok, if the navy thinks that they are going to win thsi battle with little resistance then they are dead wrong!" Geddo said. He started to gather pirates for the ship. The ship was fairly large, but it was no battle ship.

Maccenna boarded the ship. She was alittle nervous seeing as she nver really was in a battle before. The biggest battle she had probably been in was just afight againsttwo other people. She was not sure about it. How would they be able to conquor 100 ships?

Chase rounded up as many of the Royal Guards he could muster. They were the best equipped of them all, and the most highly skilled. He could see that Geddo was mustering some pirates of his own.
"Onto to ship gentlemen, lets show these Navy scum what happens when they mess with us."
It was large enough to hold a sizable force, but not overly large. They'd have to be stealthy if they wanted to win this.
On the ship, Chase walked up to the aftdeck and took a hold of the whell to wait until everyone was loaded. He noticed that Maccenna was looking quite out of herself, so Chase decided to speak to her, "Don't worry about the fight Maccenna. We'll make it through. And its not like we'll be engaging anybody on the ocean. We'll be on dry land, with naught to worry about besides the enemies sword. You'll fight fine. You'll fight like a pirate..."

Geddo walks up to chase. "Ok, the ship is full of pirates who are ready to fight. " he had heard what Chase said to Maccenna. "And if you cant win fairly. Play dirty. After all. Arnt pirates known for how dirty a fighter we can be." He said winking.

"Alright then, lets get there quickly." Chase steered the ship out of the port and set a bearing for the top of Danarta, just a little way North of racana.
"We're going to see fighting like never before you know Geddo. Make sure everybody is well equipped and ready for the fight."
"Fight however you need to to survive Maccenna. Thats the most advice I can give you..."

Maccenna nodded blankly. She was better at stealth... she liked stealth.
When Chase mentioned that they were doing it by stealth, Maccenna brightened. She was probably a better worker at stealing or doing things on the unawares of another. She gripped the edge of the ship and grinded her teeth.

Geddo looked at Chase. "I doubt this will be as hard as fighitng the basilisk." Geddo said with a hearty laugh. He went below decks to check his men. He had managed a large amount of 700 units(men), but that wasn't nearly as much as how many Chase had brought.

Chase gave the wheel to his second-in-command and walked over to the pack he had been carrying for quite some time now. He opened it to reveal a full set of armour, smooth and cold to the touch, but not made from metal. Instead, it was made from the scales of the basilisk.
It shimmered with a purple irridense, amongst the predominant black colour from the forging. It had lost some of its strength in the heat, like Chase knew it would have, but it was still well stronger than the armour that the Naval soldiers were wearing.
He put it on, piece by piece, savouring the moment, until he was dressed in head to toe of the regal armour. He felt proud in it, and it was a vast improvement on his previous boiled leather armour.
He looked at Maccenna, "I fought hard for this armour," He was kind of talking to himself, but he knew she was listening. "Now I guess I'll see how it works ey?"

Geddo saw Chases armor and knew that it was from the basilisk. He had left the Basilisk skin in his living corters and had not had a chance to turn it into an armor.
He walked over to chase. "Ah, great minds think alike." Geddo said with a grin. "Nice armor."

Chase clenched his fist tightly. The skin had been burnt harshly when they were being made into gloves, and the leathery texture of them was still hard. It hardly made any noise as the plates moved across one another... it was the perfect armour for Chase, it was a shame he had never found it earlier.
Chase drew his longsword and inspected the blade, "I am ready..." He sheathed it again and looked at the two of them.
"Maccenna, do you have battle armour at all? If so you should put in on soon. I'm not sure how long it will be until we face resistance, and I don't want to lose any time." He looked at Geddo, "You took some scales as well... where is your armour?"

"Armor? O I havn't had time to make it yet. I need to find a friend first. He is a good blacksmith, but he seems to have gone into hiding. O well." Geddo said to Chase. He Put on a leather tunic and leggins for armor.

Chase looked over the expanse of sea, towards Danarta, which was a bold line on the horizon, and growing rapidly.
"This will be the first time I've fought beside you two," Chase noted, "Lets make it last..."

geddo noddd. "Aye, Lets route the navy! Mabye I will get a chance to kill my brother." Geddo said quitely. He watched as the ship came closer to land.
