Lyneya watched the Pirate Queen walk away, pulling the arrow out of her shoulder blade.
Lyneya couldn't stay where she was standing, instead she followed behind the Pirate Queen further into the fray. The dead were multiplying and they were standing around her, following behind her. Calling out to her, crying, screaming. Some were sad but most were angry, still brandishing weapons no one else could see.
"Queen," Lyneya said, tagging along. "This cannot stay like this. You have to stop the war! You're killing needlessly. Please listen to me!"

Henry had killed a few pirates, but he was not as skilled as his brother was at leading and many of the pirates and navy where dieing. The navy's infintry started to drop quicker then the pirates. "For your families! Kill these pirate scums!" He then heard his brother yell at him. "You! How dare you, how dare you show yourself to me again!" Henry said as he blindedly charged at his older brother. He saw as Geddo parried his attack. HE saw the blade go down. "Darn."

The Fleet Admiral lifted up the pirate's head up by his hair. The knight was kneeling before her, beaten in battle, and she slaughtered him then and there.
"We have broken through gentlemen. Throw everything you've got at them and storm the city. Kill every bloody thing you find who isn't wearing a blue uniform!"
Huge boulders kept flying overhead, and the battleships neared the fort, starting to fire ballistas over the walls, and towards the pirates vessels in the port. Wood from the ships of either side was being shattered and blast into the ocean... but the navy, even against resistance like this, was pushing through. Lorian hoped that the infantry was doing just as well... but she didn't really care.
The last wave of soldiers arrived from the landing ships, and then Lorian had thousands of troops assailing the walls, ships bomabrding the city and destroying the pirates inch by inch, soldier by soldier. She smiled... it would all be over soon...

There was no way left for Khalora and the pirates to hold this breach. The men were spread too thin. he'd have to get more Southerners and pirates to take back this part of the city.
"Fall back! Fall back to the rally point!" Khalora called, waving his sword in the air to attract attention. Of course it attracted some naval soldiers, but they were killed for making that mistake.
Khalora and what was left of the pirate and southern knights retreated back up the streets a little, but there was still a few soldiers who wouldn't leave the battle, and they were overwhelmed.
Khalora ran back to Town Hall, just ahead of the naval army. "Form a line! Kick over the barrels to form a wall!"
Some soldiers kicked over some barrels which rolled down the streets towards the naval soldiers. They were too large to jump, and the wieght of them crushed the men into the ground.
"Archers! Fire!" Some Southern crossbowmen, at the vioce of their king, wheeled around and fired a full volley into the naval lines. Men dropped like bugs all around the barrels.
"Charge!" Khalora ran at the dazed soldiers, with a new strength of pirates who were holding the hall...

Chase saw Poker leap off the wall, but he hadn't said a word to him. "Pirates! Leave the guard to hold rear action, any of you that have skill with a sword, down the ram now! The navy is just about ready to..."
The ram burst through the wall, sending mortar and stone crumbling everywhere. "Down now!"
Chase leapt off the wall onto the roof of a house, having to roll off of it for suspension for the fall. He landed on the street heavily and stumbled to the ground. That was a long drop he had just come down...
The Navy soldiers were pouring through the breach, and only a few pirates were there to hold it, with the rest rappeling down the walls. Chase saw Poker attacking the men and leapt in to help him. He reached Poker's side and started to repel the Navy along side him.
Horus hurtled out of the sky and slammed into the side of a soldier's head at 300 km/h, killing him instantly. She started to flap around, attacking the men's eyes, dodging their spears.
The soldiers were bottlenecked, and Chase was holding them back... for the moment...

Amory had ignored the woman at first, as her sword found more victims. Amory didn't hesitate with any Navy soldier she saw. She turned sharply and looked at the woman following her. She was no Pirate, nor was she a Southerner, Amory thought. She narrowed her eyes. She didn't look like a Navy Soldier. Her eyes flared. "Needlessly? Look at what the Navy has done already? They are killing my people! And I will not allow them to do that. This is not unnecessary. This is protecting my own." She would only listen to her this once. "What do you have to say? And make it quick."

Geddo brought his blade down apon Henry, but stopped it at his neck. "Leave, or I will kill you." He said to Henry. Then the ram broke throught the wall. Geddo grabbed his bow and fired three consecutive shots at the navy men who where entering the city. Most of the navy who where in the forest where killed, or knocked out. Henry hadn't moved. "PIrates! Tie this navy man up! Do not kill him or I will have your necks! He could be of use to us!" He saw as pirates and sotherners where on the other side fighitng the navy men. "Charge! Break through their ranks and shatter there forces, Rally my pirates! Rally!" He charged back into the fray.

Lorian walked around behind the armies pushing up through the breach. She could have returned to the ships and co-ordinated their fire, but they were pretty much hammering Racana and its ships into submission already. No, she decided to stay on the ground and make sure that the troops broke through every line of defense they could find.
They were to push for a retreat of the enemy, and it was so close she could taste it. She laughed to herself lightly, out in the open with her guards. But she didn't care. She pretty much total control of this half of the city anyway...

Henry noticed his brothers mercy. He got up and was instently jumped by two pirates, they started to follow Geddo's orders and tied Henry up. Henry felt so weak and useless now. How was he to return to the navy? They would think that he leaked info to the pirates and southerners. He hoped that they would just kill him. For his suffering at the hands of the navy's luitent would be far worse then anything that these lowlives could do to him.

Morwen's tightly shut eyelids slid scros her eyes like a curtain. She rolled over to her side, breathing in the cool night's air. Screaming entered her ears instantly. She came back to reality. She hopped up from the ground and scrambled around for her weapons. She rushed to the edge of the hill to enter chaos. Why couldn't everyone just be in bed having a dream like I was having But her thoughts stopped there, for there was no time to think now.
She stared out to the view that was brought to her from her position. Since when was there a war going on!? She sprinted down the hill once she relized that the naval Soldiers were attacking. And since when did the Southereners support us pirates!?
Morwen felt as if she had been left behind in this world and was forgotten. She wasn't in the mood to be hating people. Instead she rushed to the village to protect the helpless. She kept her cutlass inside its scabbard. Morwen did not intend to scare the people even more than they were now. A screaming woman fled past her, carrying in her arms a child. Morwen yelled, not only to the woman, but to the others aswell, "Those who have no weapons to defend this land, leave here and evaquate the Fort!" The words escaped her mouth before she could even think. How could they evaquate the fort if it was surrounded by walls?

Nau'ren had been one of the many soldiers that were released onto the land. She rose her head up high to view what was going on and how she should come about with this mess. One moment her partner, Henry, was nearby her and the next he was gone.
Frantic eyes searched the battle scene. Her hand was off on its own mind, slashing at victoms as she glanced occasionally to where her weapon was going off to. Her eyes fell upon Henry and two Pirates tackling him. She rushed past pirates that were hacking their swords at her. She stopped to defebd herself, killing most of the attackers. But some fell uncosious.
She was a few steps away from him, but was cut off by pirates that looked like they meant trouble. She knew Henry couldn't be helped by her now, and she let him go to fight for himself. She rose her sword and stabbed one of the men in the chest. The other took advantage and swung his sword at her too. She turned too late and the sword buried itself in her arm.
A screaming pain rushed through her arm and she lost feeling. Luckily it wasn't her fighting arm and so she flung her sword at him, hitting him in the arm. Her attack was weaker but hit him at an angle, traveling further down his arm. She yelled in pain over the buzzing in her ears. She could hear her heart beat. It pounded through her chest.
Nau'ren reached her other elbow to her left arm to apply pressure to it. The pressure only exacerbated the wound. Or atleast it felt like it. But she knew it would help and she didn't believe the trickery her mind played on her and ignored the pain.
She was a step closer to henry now. She was almost at arms length...

Kenric was driven into battle with the Navy. He was proud to be fighting for this land, but he didn't feel proud to be fighting with pirates. He put that thought aside and fought his way to Alessio. "I am here to aid you! What's the commands, sir!?" He had to yell over the confusion of noises. He wasn't sure if Alessio had already given them, but he couldn't hear enything while fighting.

Poker was fighting savagely, slicing limbs apart and hacking away at armour. His arms were now coated with blood, Poker wasn't sure if it was his own or someone else's but it didn't matter either way, the war lust was on him. Poker's movements were fluid in style and yet dangerous. Rather then the grey blur people had been seeing a moment ago, they would not see blurs of red dancing around Poker and the constant spray of blood from the blades.
Archer was no less savage then Poker, and perhaps was killing just as much as his master. Both his snout and his paws were covered with blood, but it was surely human blood. His eyes almost looked demonic in the night as he ran and the navy and leapt upon them. To have those eyes as the last thing you saw would be one of the most disturbing ways to die.
Poker was dimly aware of Chase standing beside him, but Poker's world had become closed around him. All there was was Archer barking, his blades spinning, his opponents before him and the constant rain of scarlet tears.

Lyneya had that one chance to speak her mind, that one chance to spill everything, to vent her beliefs and to explain what really matter to a Queen.
But the words were in her throat. Lyneya tried to say something but nothing came to her mind. "Dead..." She managed weakly. "People...dead...dying...more will die...many more."
It sounded weak even to Lyneya, so she did something that words could never depict. Lyneya drew in front of the Pirate Queen's eyes, what she was seeing. Now the Queen would see the dead people behind Lyneya, shouting curses or waving weapons or crying for their lost lives. Now the Pirate Queen would see the truth of what she was doing, or so Lyneya Oceanheart hoped.

Amory gritted her teeth as she listened to the woman. Her words were obvious to Amory, but she had a different perspective on all of it than Amory did. Whoever she was, she wasn't taking sides, so what would she know about protecting her people? She was about to walk away, but she hesitated when an image was drawn out in front of her. Images of people dying, the Navy and the Pirates combined. Her stomached churned, seeing the Pirates cursing, some of them pleading for their lives... A woman sat next to her dead husband, weeping. Her eyes stung. She shook her head and moved away from the woman, wanting to get that image out of her head. She looked at her with narrowed eyes. "Death... is part of life." She hesitated. Seeing that, she suddenly, didn't want to kill people much anymore. She closed her eyes and shook her head. She looked at her. "I don't have a choice." A navy warrior came up behind Amory, but Amory's sword slashed into their stomach and they fell to the ground not a second later. She looked at the woman and turned away, running towards the walls.
