Geddo got up and put what little objects they needed in the small boat. He used his shoe to kick hte coals in the water."That answer your question?" He said with a smile. He got into the boat and pulled out his saber. He waited for her to get in the boat before he cut the oat loose. "YOu have a bow? We have a few arrows here and if we need to we can shoot the arrows at them. I am a good shot and very fast at shooting arrows, maybe we can fool them into thinking that there are to many people on the boat to kill." He said with doubt.

Morwen laughed at the simple solution to the coals. She picked herself around towards the boat and stopped. She gave him an are-you-crazy look. "We," she pointed at herself, "take them!?" She widened her arms, gesturing that there were many of them. "I don't know about you, but I don't want to die young. That would be considered suiside!" She had no idea wht was runing through Geddo's mind at the moment, but she knew what ran thorugh hers; there's no way I'm gonna handle a bow. Morwen had never used a bow before. She was trained in close combat.
Her eyes glowed as the water did. It shimmered and curved like a meadow in the a breeze. Morwen took a look at the boat and then Geddo.

Geddo nodded. "I didn't say shoot on sight did I? I ment that if they spot us and they decide to attack, we should at least try to defend ourselves, I will tell you what. I will handle the navy men while you worry on getting us out of here. I really do hope we dont have to fight, but if they force our hand then we must. Dont worry about me and just get the ship out of here. I will handle the rest.
Geddo cut the boat free from the rope and had Morwen take command of the ship. *Ship at 100% mobility*

Morwen nodded. Fear crept into her eyes. They looked like windows with opened curtains. Her thoughts could be read through them like seeing into a house. Here we go. She thought, hopping into the small ship while Geddo cut it lose. He threw the rope in and climbed in as well.
Morwen ran to the sails, climbing up the ropes like trees. She groped for the ropes and unfurled the sail. Luckily, there was only one, saving her time. She slid down the ropes, they heated up instantly. She could have sworn smoke would ise from her palms. There was no time to check her hands as she made her way back to the deck.
She leaped up the few steps and gripped the wheel. The tiny ship made it's way across the smooth water. The wind had dies down, propelling them very slowly through the glassy sea. She groaned at the unfortunate luck and nodded to Geddo, showing him things were under control.

As the boat left the tunnel, the sun was barly rising off of the horizan. Geddo knocked an arrow to his bow and stood by Morwen, ready to attack if need be. He groaned at what was about to come. He made sure that there where no holes in the boat and that hopefully, the navy wouldn't use fire arrows. If this boat sank they where done for. (I will post the damage done to the ship and the mobility at the end of aall of my posts) *Ship at 100% mobility*

Lorian opened her eyes, snapping out of her dreamless sleep. If you could call it sleep at all. She knew she wouldn't be able to lead effectively if she was too tired, but she still didn't trust the men alone to find the prisoners, and she had flitted in and out of sleep all night. But it was better than nothing she guessed.
Lorian sighed, bored of the restless sleep and instead got up and walked to the door of the small room she had occupied for the night. She was still wearing her light armour, her sword and bow on her back so she'd be ready for anything.
The darkness was rising quite lightly, and she could see the sun on the horizon now, slowly rising, lighting the port and the bright blue waters, reflecting the cloudless sky. At least I've got some sight back now, She thought roughly.
The moment she got up she walked out onto the portsman platfrom to survery the docks. Nothing had changed. "Lieutenant! What's your report?"
The officer ran up to her, dark bags under his eyes. "Nothing was seen or heard all night. However a sentry did report back that they had seen a fire, so they've gone to investigate it now."
Lorian shook her head, "Even a pirate wouldn't be foolish enough to light a fire in the middle of night in a city filled with their enemies."
She scanned the port again, surverying her fleet of ships, ready and willing. During the night they had lined up along the mouth of the bay, as per her orders. She turned back to her Lieutenant, trying to put herself in the pirate's shoes. "Make sure the outskirts and walls of the city are still enforced effectively. If they are trying to escape by sea, the sight of those warships should deter them a little..."
Lorian hated waiting, it made her feel like she had no control...

The boat cut through the water. The wind had picked up, filling the sails with the salty air. Morwen closed her eyes. This was what she lived for. The breeze folded her pants and blouse, wrinkling it in all directions. The wind slightly shifted, and so did the ship. Morwen was quick to notice and the ships pressed on as she handled the wheel. She kept her eyes glued to the land. She wanted to pass by unnoticed. Being in the port, there was only one way out. It was like a huge bay, spitting them out as the wind was perfectly set towards the mouth. She hoped no one wold be on watch on the docks, and cursed as the wind died down again. They weren't even half way there yet. It looked so distance compared to how close they were to the land. Morwen had her ears open to any orders Geddo gave.

Geddo walked out onto the deck dressed in a merchants attire, he walked up to Morwen. "There is a set of clothing that would fit you in the other room, it is a merchants outfit and lucky us, this boat has wine and salt on it. So we can go through here and hope they buy us as being merchants." He said to her as he pointed to where all the ships blocked the exit. He yawned.

Admiral Lorian had boarded one of her massive warship and was sailing out towards the blockade. She had to get a report from the Vice Admiral in charge of the ships here. Her second-in-command.
She turned around and saw a ship coming out across the bay. It was rather small, and Lorian became instantly alert. She had ordered all ships to remain in port until this business had washed over. Either these were some very rebellious merchants, or they were exactly who she was looking for.
"Captain! Turn us around, signal to that vessel that we will be boarding them. Bring us up on their port side and train the deck guns on them... just in case."
She looked back at the ship. Most of the men here hadn't even seen the pirates, so they wouldn't know what they looked like. Only her and a handful of her guard knew what they looked like, and they were all out on patrol. If they were to recognised, it would have to be done by her personally...

Morwen gasped as she saw a ship coming closer to them. Obviouisly thsi ship wasn't fast enough. Come on. Show us what you've got ideas buzzed through Morwen's brain. Should she leave the wheel and change? Or think of a better idea...
Morwen got it. "Geddo. I don't think I'll have time to disguise myself. I think our only chance is to hide. This ship will not work for us, it wasn't built for speed. it was built for weight." Morwen continued to think. The ship was even lcloser now, but was still on the opposite side of the bay. A crazy idea struck her head, almost as if she had recieved a blow. "There is one long boat. Lets lower it in the water and place somehting that will look like us from far away." She stopped, hoping he knew what she was thinking from there. There was no time to stand here and talk. She was still listening to the orders while taking long strides towards the long boat. "We might have a chance if we hide in a barrel or at the bow, we may be able to go unseen." It was a crazy idea, but if they couldn't out run them, they were surely outnumbered.

"Aye, yes I do agree with the row boat idea," He quickly went into the bottom area below and got up his clothes and some items that would look like a pirate. He gathered enough items for two. He had dressed them up and put them in the long boat. He had two barrels and released the row boat. "Ok, you get in this barrel and I will get into the other barrel, both are empty and should float in the water. " He said cooly. THey where not getting caught.

Morwen nodded. She had thought to stay on board, but what would be the point of hiding on the ship? She stuck between not telling him about her other idea or not. If they should swim or hide in the barrel. She shook her head. "If we are to be in the barrels, maybe we should throw other stuff over board. So that the barrels won't stand out. They'll think we are just trying to lighten our load." She laughed. It was a good idea. "Suckers," She mumbled to herself. They will never know that the junk they pass by is really them. "They may think we either took the long boat, ditching the ship or we did that to trick them and we are still onboard the vessel, hoping to get away." She smiled, hoping this would work. She loved an adventure, but one thought had crossed her mind so many times. What was she doing, being a pirate?

Geddo nodded in agreement, He started to throw barrels and boxes into the water, "ok come on." He said once there where over a few dozen boxes and barrels in the water. He also lit an arrow on fire by usin ga torch and shot the side of the boat. "Quickly now." He said making sure she got into a barrel. Once she did that he got into his and had both barrels in the water.
The boat caught fire and it lit up with white smoke.

Lorian glared at the sudden movements of people on the boat far away. She couldn't see what they were doing, but their movements were frantic, and there weren't many of them.
"I think we just found our pirates," she dictated to the Captain, who rolled ordered the ballistas to be prepared out on the aft deck. Suddenly, the boat caught alight and the ship erupted in flames, smoke billowing out in a coloumn from the boat. Lorian looked at it confused. Why would they burn their only means of escape.
Then she saw a longboat and heaps of barrels and junk floating away from the ship. The current was taking it away and pulling it out to sea. They wouldn't get far in that, and they surely wouldn't be able to leave the island. Lorian nodded to herself and turned to the Captain.
"Order the blockade to open fire on the debris and bring us up to the ship wreckage. They've proved to be slippery in the past, they might still be on board the ship."
The captain nodded and aimed the ship towards the burning ship whilst a marine waved some flags around towards the warships in the blockade. About twenty seconds later, The Fleet Admiral distincly heard the thumping of hundreds of ballistas and the bolts arching through the air. The field of debris erupted with splashes as it was bombarded by ballista shots, and Lorian watched with satisfaction as the longboat took a bolt through its deck and crumpled in two, slowly starting to sink.
The bolts kept hammering into the debris as the ship Lorian was on came up beside the burning one. "Put out the flames!" She ordered the marines. "Prepare a squad to search the ship in its entirety..."

Morwen gasped for air. The tiny space provided little oxygen. She held herself from screaming everytime she heard something whip past the barrel. She heard the crackle of the vessel's flames and a large bom, indicating they were attacking it. Did their plan really work?
She felt the barrel bob up and down. She knew there was no one near the debre yet and she tried to talk to Geddo. Hr voice came out weak, sucking n the little space of air. "Geddo, are you there?" She wasn't sure if they were heading in the direction of the land or out to sea. Morwen didn't care. She just wanted to get out of this horrible place. The once beautiful city reflected anger and war, coming off as an ugly place. Morwen sighed, crumbled up in her little ball. Her knees pressed against her chin. Her stomach felt churnned up. Was it fear or was it the lack of food?
