Yes: I want her to be a couple inches taller since there seems to be so many short people on the site and I have a new picture for her anddddddddd..... I want to make her hair shorter, less curly and I want to modify her personality a bit to meet certain tolls the war took on her.

Do you wish to drastically change the character's profile? Not drastically, I just want to add a history section (it helps me understand my character much more) and change her 'perfect' appearance a little bit, to make it not so perfect.

It's difficult for leaders sometimes because they need to respond more and it's necissary for them to be in some threads sometimes. So I'll say three for Rulers two for common.
