Making personal attacks about an actor other the internet is a bit low. Even implying that he is sissy. I don't know him, he might be a sissy but matter remains we don't know and we shouldn't making judgements.

Society is based upon perception. If we didn't percieve people to be 'sterotypically hot' than there wouldn't be problems like anorexia or bulimia and stuff. To be accepted by society, it dictates that you must be perceived as acceptable looking. If not, you're not 'popular' enough for society...
...We just did that unit in English... our teacher drills us ;D

But not everyone considers hot as the same as the next person. Some people find overly thin people hot, others are really turned off by it. SOme people like tans, others don't. Some like black hair, some like brown hair, some like red hair (guilty).
