I have been to *counts* I've only been to 9/50 of our states, unless i went to Maryland *can't remember* then it'd be 10 ;D

I've been to 3 out of 6 states and 1 out of 2 territories.
That sounds like I've seen half the country, but I've only seen tiny bits of each of those states and territories. xD

Territories?  Care to elaborate?? We don't have territories here.. Let's see..... I've been to Arizona, Nevada, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington D.C.... and some other places.. but we went across the country one year and I was really little.... so I don't really remember, those places that I have been to.... Don't you just love road trips??? I didn't know Australia had states!!! That is so cool! But only six??? Those are pretty big states- compared to over here on the western continent.... |

You Americans know nothing about Australia 
There are six states, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland (my state), Western Australia and South Australia.
As well as that, there are two territories, Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory

*stares at map* I'm sorry! Our government doesn't make us learn Australia's geography because its too concerned with its own! We only learn the countries!! So when you were in like fifth grade, did you have to learn to memorize that??? When we were in fifth grade, we had to memorize all 50 of our states, their capitals and where they were located (Mideast, South, north, west, midwest....) !!!! |

It's like eight seperate areas. It's not hard to memorise. We knew it long before fifth grade. xD

pfff.... But you guys have to like memorize all the countries around you and their capitals right??? OOOOO!!! Do you guys get to learn different languages in the school cirriculem besides Spanish, French and Latin? I wanna learn Hungarian and Swahili.. ^^ Sounds fun... |

French and Japanese is offered at my school, but other schools around the place learn German, Indonesian, Chinese, Spanish, Italian etcetera. I don't know of Latin being taught in schools anymore though. . .
I want to learn Swedish. I have no idea why. xD

urhurm... yahh.. I'm just sticking with spanish for two years so i can go to college xD
And yus, fifth grade's tests sucked cause 50 states are hard to remember, especially their capitals (has forgotten most of the capitals now) xD

I know all of the capitals of all of the states and territories of Australia, I also know all the countries of Europe.
