Enough time to contact him... she wondered where he was and couldn't help but roll her eyes, knowing that Chase could be anywhere at that moment. She nodded her head, wondering who Calypso was, and was she good at spying? Compared to Chase, she wasn't sure if it was worth even thinking about. But, now she shouldn't underestimate the Southern Army, it was no longer her place. She looked at Alessio only a moment. "Yes, that's fine. I will contact him when I can, then." She looked away and beyond the lake, staring. She sighed. She sat down and hung her legs off the cliff, looking at the lake. "The war will probably begin shortly... a surprise attack maybe. We have to be prepared."

"I will not lie to you... I always figured that they would attack either the pirates or the Lilan Navy first..." Alessio Khalora looked out at the glimmering lake. "This is a place of serenity. But war is blind to such things."
Khalora looked down at the soft soil under his boots, knowing all too well that it could be burning in a few years time. "This war has to end quickly, or everyone will suffer..."

Amory shook her head, knowing that Alessio did not mean to insult... or maybe he did, but she would ignore it. She looked at him. A place of serenity... yes. War always overpowered, blinded people's minds into thinking that everything that is not theirs, should be destroyed. She nodded her head in agreement. "Yes, it does. People are already suffering, in fact. If anybody is caught in the other's land, they die..." Amory smiled, knowing that she had been let off easy when she came to the Southern lands. "It'll only get worse."

Khalora nodded his head thoughtfully, "Aye, that is true." He noticed that his guards had arrived and was looking at him intently.
"It seems that it is time I took my leave." There was nothing really further to say, so Alessio nodded at Amory. "Till next we meet... friend." He turned and walked down to his guards. Achilles was waiting for him and he patted him softly on the neck. He wasn't armoured, only some regal sheets on him. There was no battle scheduled for today.
He put his foot into the stirrup and hoisted himself up onto Achilles' back. He turned him around and began his journey back to Sanara, it wouldn't take long. His guards turned on their horses and followed Alessio away.
As he left he exchanged one last glance at Amory on the cliff face. Now he had an ally. Now he was stronger than ever before. Now he could win...
