Ice stood upon the deck of the White Warrior with the fleet of the Ice Warriors all around him. Ice could feel the wind in his hair. It was warm down here, even the sea breeze seemed warm compared to the northern continent. Ice knew Rhaxma was with him on the White Warrior, Clive was here too. Ice hoped Elvira and Ruby were nearby, their aid would be great assets in the battle ahead.
Ice looked ahead to where the city of Arna was. Ice couldn't have asked for a greater opportunity to storm the cities of the pirates. With the Queen and the Royal Guard further south, defending from the Navy, Ice had a easy shot at Pirate Land.
Ice had come prepared, every ship had fire with them. Ice had long argued with his generals about the use of fire, but in the end they had agreed it would be more useful than it would be hindering against Arna, which was made mostly of wood.
Ice smiled and gave the order for his fleet to move forward. The city would be gone by nightfall.

It hadn't taken long for Rhaxma to prepare herself for battle, as the time quickly came for the Ice Warriors to set off to the world of the Pirates. Rhaxma came aboard the White Warrior with Ice and Clive, unsure of where the other two familiar warriors may have been. The White Warrior glided across the water. Rhaxma stared out at the ocean in amazement, having never traveled on water before. She felt Soyala occasionally brushing by her, running around the deck of the ship. Today is going to be a day that Rhaxma knew she would never forget. It was an experience; finally setting aboard a ship and traveling across the broad ocean, and using her mace after quite some time. The city came into view.
She pulled her mace out of its case. Holding it against her shoulder, Rhaxma walked to Ice and looked at the city. She looked at him and asked, "Any specific orders for when we hit land, Sir?"

Ice listened to Rhaxma's question intently.
"When the largers ships reach such range as they can attack, they will keep the city preoccupied. The city has no ballistae or trebuchets so they will be left completely defenceless before our ships. White the larger ships are firing, you and I will lead the infantry in on the smallboats. We need not siege anything, the city is there for our taking. If things at any point look grim the ballistae will be lit with fire. Either we will take the town or the town will burn to the ground. It makes no real difference to us."
Ice paused, wondering if he had missed anything. Samara chuffed beside him, her eyes were alert in waiting for the coming battle.
Ice looked at Rhaxma. "Are you ready?"

Clive walked up to them both balancing a plate of food in each hand. "You two should eat before we fight." Clive said to them. "I hear we are goign to use fire if things get shaky. Do you want me firing the balistas or go in with the infentry?" Clive said still balancing the plates on his hands.

Ice raised his eyebrow at the newly appointed chef of the White Warrior.
"If you have no objections I think you may be well suited to firing these ballistae, keeping my ship in order while I'm off."
Ice paused and smiled. "I'll gladly accept some food." Ice picked the plate of food off Clive's left hand and began eating off it, looking at Arna, slowly becoming larger. It wouldn't be long now, ten minutes at the most, before the alarm bells began ringing in Arna. By then the Ice Warrior fleet would already be firing.

"Yes sir. I will do my best. Wait, did you just say that I should keep the ship in order while your on shore?" Clive was a little confused, and this confusion nearly made him drop the other plate, but he caught himself before losing any of the food.

"If you don't consider yourself up to the task I can get another to do it." Ice said coolly, picking at his food. It was very warm, or so it seemed to Ice.
"Do you want to help fight or not, it is your decision, but I propose you listen to the other captains while you are here." Ice smiled, not unkindly. "They probably know a tad more about ships than you."

Rhaxma took all of the instructions in and nodded her head. About to answer his question, her attention was redirected as Clive offered food to the two of them. She smiled slightly and took a little bit. "Thank you, Clive." She looked off the ship to Arna. They were getting closer, and she could already feel the sensation of swinging her mace down. She looked at Ice again. "I've been ready." She looked out at Arna once again and felt Soyala by her leg. She looked down at her and pet her head gently. She wasn't going to let her off the ship. "You have to stay here. Keep Clive some company. Just try not to get in the way." Again, she looked past the ship to the Pirate City. "This won't take very long."

Ice smiled. Whatever Rhaxma's choice, Samara was going to stay by Ice's side. Both Ice and Samara would have it no other way.
Ice looked out once more at Arna and listened intently. He could hear alarm bells being hammered within the city.
It was time.
Ice turned to his crew captain. "Alert the other ships to charge, I want the larger boats covering the smaller boats and attacking the city, don't shoot the fire arrows unless we get desperate."
Ice turned around to Clive. "Take care." Ice then grabbed Rhaxma's hand and led her towards the smallboats. Around him the noises of ballista fire and buildings crumbling was just beginning to sound in the dawn.

Clive started to send the messege to the larger ships. He then got on one of the ballistas and started to aim teh gun. "Good luck caption Ice, Fire!" Clive fired teh ballistas and the city was scrambling for defensice. "I doubt we will have to fight with the fire. I hope so at elast."

Rhaxma had been watching the city growing closer and closer with every passing moment. She wanted to get off of this ship as soon as she could, and run onto that island and kill the first suitable person she saw. Her bones ached at her for not fighting anybody for such a long period of time. She regretted that she hadn't made any journeys to the south to find herself some victims, but she knew it would all be made up for when they hit the city. Her train of thought dispersed when Ice grabbed her hand and pulled her off of the ship to the small boats. They were almost there. Her body grew stiff. She sat on the small boat and anxiously waited until they were to arrive at the city. She helped row, in hopes that it may go faster. Her eyes narrowed. Rhaxma wouldn't go overboard, and she wouldn't kill any 'innocent' people, but she could admit and say that she does hope that at least one of the Pirates on that island will pick a fight with her.

They were there.
The city was utterly defenceless to the huge arrows fired by the ballistae, but they nevertheless fired all manner of bow and crossbow down upon the Ice Warriors reaching them in the smallboats.
Arrows were now hailing around Ice and his army. Ice made a fair sight in his shining white armour, but it attracted a fair amount of arrows. Luckily, the vast majority bounced off his armour and into the water. One got through a link of chainmail and scraped his skin, but he passed it off as nothing major.
As soon as the smallboats hit shore, Ice had launched himself off and was both shouting orders and swinging his deadly scythe. The Ice Warriors began to swarm over the pirate community.
