By Order of Admiral Lorian, the Royal Fleet is to engage the pirate fort of Racana located on Danarta's eastern coastline.

Seven naval fleets will move on the fort, composed of several landing ships. Twelve full battalions of naval soldiers are to assault the fort from land under ship bombardment.

The army's listed will ready for war immediately;
1st Fleet of Lorian - cruiser division
2nd Fleet of Lorian - cruiser division
3rd Fleet of Lorian - battleship division
5th Fleet of Lorian - siege division
9th Fleet of Lorian - siege division
13th Fleet of Lorian - transport division
14th Fleet of Lorian - cruiser division
