The Inn of the Snowheart River, as stated in the board description, is situated right next to the Ice Warrior Graveyard. This is so Ice, the innkeeper, can easily access the graveyard and visit his dead father.
The inn is nearly entirely made out of mother-of-pearl and isn't very far from the shore, but has a few planted trees between it and the ocean.
Inside the inn, it is fairly cold, but not nearly as cold as it is outside. For anyone not from the North, it would be considered extremely cold, but for any of the Ice People it would be considered a fairly normal temperature for indoors.
On the ground floor is the dining room and the bar. Upstairs are the rooms, ranging from small ones to those befit for lordly customers and Ice's own quarters on the highest floor.
Out the front of the inn is a gigantic fountain, it must be three times the height of any person. Though the water from the fountain has obviously frozen, the statue on it still stands proud and tall. It is a statue of Ice's father. He has diamond's for his eyes and his hair is made of goshenites.

To either side of the inn are areas built specifically for training, just in case any customers wanted to wager to see if they could beat such and such in a bar brawl.
Samara can be found anywhere really. Sometimes she will be sitting within the inn, other times she will be sitting outside beneath the fountain or she may simply be roaming the grounds. However she is never far from Ice's side.
