It was a sunny day and there were no clouds to be seen. It was one of those days when everyone seemed happy, well everyone except Alexander's superior officer.
"WHY CAN'T YOU SIMPLY FOLLOW THE DIRECT ORDERS I GAVE YOU!" The officer looked like he was going to burst in anger, much to Alexanders personal joy. Alexander had been supposed to safely return a spy from Svena, but had accidentally lost him in a hurricane that Alexander had ordered his men to sail into. They even took a detour to sail in it.
"YOU WERE TO SIMPLY PICK UP THE FELLOW, AND GET HIM BACK HERE SAFELY. BUT YOU SAIL INTO A HURRICANE!!?! WHEN NOT NEEDED TO!!?"
Alexander put up up a serious expression; "Look at the bright side, sir." His officer, who had until now watched the docks from a window turned around and went over to Alexander, stopping a couple of inches away from him; "And what would the good news be, If I might ask?"
Alexander stared the man right into his eyes; "The ship didn't sustain any damage, sir. Neither did any of my men."
What happened next could probably have been heard by dead people in Svena, or at least that's what Alexander would have though, if he hadn't been to busy being yelled at.
One hour later Alexander walked out of the Naval offices-building. Freight shipping mission!!? Why use such an excellent captain as me as a freight-captain!
To anyone around him, Alexander would have looked like a very depressed man, walking slowly down towards the harbor. Down at the harbor he noticed that there seemed to be some kind of commotion on board his ship.
Up on deck he noticed that more that half of the people there weren't his own men. "Who are you!"
A large man stepped forward; "I am the captain of this ship, and who might you be?"
"Trying to steal my ship eh?" A wide smile spread across Alexander's face; "You should know not to pick the ship of the most unpredictable captain the Lilan Navy has to offer!" Alexander pulled out his sword readying it for combat; "Come on, should I kill you in one or two blows?"
