Lyneya cried out as she was caught in a desperate wrestle with the savage Ice Warrior.
"And how many will die?" Lyneya asked, her golden eyes taking a stony appearance. "How many must you kill to get your happy ending? There are no happy endings, not with this stone."
Lyneya pulled against the stone, away from Alaria. As much as Lyneya despised it, the time for violence had come. She aimed a kick, a powerful kick to the Ice Warrior's shins. Years of walking around the ocean across all terrains had granted her powerful legs hidden beneath her white dress. She pulled again, trying to get any edge that would grant her her greatly needed head start.
"It has never been Ice's stone to steal."

Sage released a pair of arrows as Geddo made his move foreword. Two others came out of the bushes, and almost simultaneously, Sage interchanged his bow with his spear that hung across his back. This was going to be a more close-ranged battle.
He managed to parry off the two swords with a broad sweep and jumped back.
He waited for the two pirates to charge him again. When they did, he drove his spear forward (minding the swords charging at him) intending to drive his spear through one of the two and impaling the other with his fist.

Nina was enraged. She watched as the struggle between Lyneya and the Ice Warrior escalated. Dagwyn was distracted with the Shakr'am, and Nina had to help the girl.
She didn't dare aim her sword. Rather, she sheathed it and ran straight toward Alaria. She plowed into her, aiming to knock her to the ground.
Getting up, Nina unsheathed Valdis once again and aimed it toward the Warrior. Glaring with piecing blue eyes, she said, "The stone is not yours to claim, nor is it your so-called king's to claim. Is he not even strong enough to retrieve it himself that he must send his weak subordinate?" her voice gushed with poison.
"Flee and save yourself and your comrade who was left with the Pirate King, lest you both die for a worthless cause.”

Flying blade twelve o clock. Dagwyn thought as he flung himself backwards, deflecting the disc with the hunting knife he always carried. Sadly he was unable to avoid Alaria's kick and he fell to the ground. "Damn woman, that could have been the ...end.." His gaze was locked on the knife, if it could be referred to as a knife. More like a handle, because the blade itself had been chopped right off. Good quality steel, rendered useless by a diamond edge. His hand gripped around the handle that protruded from behind his right shoulder. Wargfang, tell me your story.
The sword felt light and steady in his hand, it swam trough the air as he got back up on his feet. "I move like the leaves on a tree in the summer breeze. Sword they call me and sword I am. I can bring both justice and death. You love me, and I love you. I am Wargfang." The soft voice filled his head, speaking the sentence he had heard so many times before. "I am the breeze that you float in. Warrior they call me and warrior I am. I love you and you love me. I am Dagwyn."
Dagwyn walked over to Nina with a smile, before looking at Alaria. "A world of ice and snow. Sounds beautiful. The tranquility of the frozen north." He moved closer to Lyneya again, as she was without a weapon. "But not today. Go back to your lord."

Geddo sighed. Just as quickly as the two appeared, they were killed by Kevin. Geddo had to keep a calm head in this fight. That was the key. He charged with quick silent speed. He charged towards Kevin's spear and swung his sword at it, hoping to break the handle part. All he had to do was beat him, not kill him. Pirates could be merciful.
"Flee now and go back to your ship and I will let you live." He said to the fallen angel.

Alaria was skilled in battle yes, but not this skilled. With two trained warriors attacking her left and right, and a mad and deranged woman attacking her front, Alaria stood no chance. Or did she? Grinning from ear to ear, she leaped into the air, legs swinging wide out to her side. She had succefully dodged that insance ladies trick.
None would die if you morons would just give up that damn stone! I will not leave without that stone! You say that it was never mine nor Ice's to claim or take. And yet you worthless travelers found it by mistake! Now who isn't worth claiming it? Rolling backwards, she dodged the body plowing into her, and Alaria watched with glee as she fell to the ground to get up and pull out her sword. So did the man.
Come, let us dance! Alaria glanced a look at Sage. He was doing fine. Shakr'am gleamed in her fist, and she whirled it off into the air again. Pulling out Lenore from her sheath, the crimson beauty rippled with ancient magic from the North. She swung the blade at the woman and then at the man. She slid beneath them like a wolf in the brush, and placed her sword to the front of the neck of the deranged woman, the blade a hair's breath from the skin. ((ooc: i can change that part if wanted.))
One move and I kill her. Drop your weapons and put your hands above your head. Then slowly give me the stone.

Lyneya backed slightly, she was on an open plain, but she doubted she could jump backwards as quickly as the Ice Warrior could thrust forward.
"Don't listen to her." Lyneya said, looking directly at Alaria but talking to Nina and Dagwyn. "She might kill me here, but she will never take the stone. I know it. You two must take it, take it and drown it. If it is the only way to get the stone," Lyneya paused and looked at Alaria was icy golden eyes, "kill her."
Lyneya had never been as scared as she was in that moment. All her life seemed to stand before her. One moments she was just a child, frightened as she watched her mother taken away, next she was a teenager, walking the shorelines and then she was an adult, looking down upon the dead body of Steven Salk and the Amethyst of Eternity. She couldn't let her fear show on her face, she tried desperately not to. But one single tear, shining like the ocean at sunrise came down her cheek and dropped onto the blade of the Ice Warrior.

Nina looked at Alaria, then back to Lyneya. "I cannot just sit by and watch her kill you for her own gain," she said solemnly. Her heart wrenched at the sight of Lyneya's tear.
Lyneya is a peaceful being, and she's not ready to give up her life... she's just trying to appear strong...
Why are we protecting this worthless land anyway? It certainly has never done anything for me... Vance Colvin, I need you here, you'd show me the way, and I wouldn't have to fight so hard... She shook her head.
The last thing Vance fought for was this world. I cannot give up his dream - our dream. I will not let this world fall into chaos...
"Over my dead body," Nina said out loud. She eyed Lyneya, hoping that she would catch the silent message: move. They would have to be quick; perfectly simultaneous. Nina lowered her sword, and her free hand inconspicuously moved behind her back.
Her fingers caressed her hidden dagger. In one quick motion, it had sped off in the direction of Alaria, though no aimed at the woman; rather, it was aimed at her sword. Before the woman would have time to react, she would either lose her grip or just be pushed aside. Either way, Lyneya would be able to break free of the threatening blade.
Nina expected Dagwyn to act quickly as well. He would be given an opening to attack Alaria or at least get between her and Lyneya.

Lyneya could only see Nina out of the corner of her eye, but the message came clearer than day across to her, standing so openly at the mercy of the blade of the Ice Warrior.
Everything seemed in slow motion, like this was the moment that would either end Lyneya's life, or let it start afresh. Her life could just be beginning, or it could be ending. It all rested upon the sword nestled within the Ice Warrior's hand.
When Nina moved forward, trapped in the slow motion of Lyneya's mind, Lyneya herself leapt sideways, using her arms as cushioning.
Pain shot through her arm as her should shattered against a rock, she felt her bones shift and break upon the impact as the ground rushed up to meet her.

Sage's spear and Geddo's sword clashed. The spear would not break so easily. With a set face, Sage parried off Geddo's attempts at attack. Geddo managed the same, as well. They found themselves in the midst of combat; sword and spear thrusting back and forth between them.
Seems we're almost equally matched...
Sage ducked down with a spin. His spear thrust outward past Geddo's legs. Sage aimed to knock him off his feet.

Geddo moved his leg so that Kevin's spear would stab into his lower leg. "You wont knock me down!" He said as he pulled out a viel of green liquid and, after opening it, threw some of the liquid at Kevin, Making sure to hold onto the viel and not touch the liquid. The green liquid? It was poison. "Now you will die!" He said as the liquid flew towards Kevin's body. This was the same stuff that he had used to kill the navy's admiral. This stuff was quick to kill. Geddo said he was a pirate, that ment that the only honor he got was from either killing his opponent or incapasitating them. There is no honor for mercy, when you opponent can get up and stab you in the back anyways.

The point of the spear skewered Geddo's lower leg, but didn't do much to knock him over. It would slow him down a big, nonetheless.
Sage's sense of danger peaked as Geddo took out a bottle of some sort of green liquid. Despite Sage's efforts to evade the spew of poison, some of hit managed to hit his left arm. The rest of it hit the ground, and the grass began to wilt and change color.
Sage cursed to himself as the liquid began to burn his arm. He tried to shake the pain as he moved toward Gedoo once again, this time, wary of the bottle and on guard to move out of the way should Geddo attempt to attack him with it again.
With both hands, despite the pain in his left, Sage aimed for Geddo's chest.

"Lyneya is not dying today. Not by yours or any other's hand for that matter." Dagwyn gritted his teeth, though he wasn't really angry. A calm had settled around him when he had unsheathed Wargfang, and it was still there. This is a most unfavourable position. Though something tells me Nina won't stand idly by and watch Lyneya get slain. His own knife had been rendered useless, so he had no way of attacking from a distance. And if I move forward... A slight gust of wind cooled the sweat on his cheek, making him glance quickly towards the ships that were battling out on the water.
Lyneya fell towards the ground and Nina's dagger moved towards the Northener. His body moved nearly on its own, he had to get between the opponent and Lyneya. He lifted Wargfang and moved the sword down towards Alaria in a cleaving motion, hoping to catch her attention. Closer, faster. I need to move faster!

Alaria had been waiting for this moment. She hadn't really planned on killing the insane woman, she wanted her to dive and roll. As soon as she did, Alaria grabbed the stone. Holding it in her hands, she watched the woman's dagger being hurled at her. It struck her in the chest, and her eyes widened, and she grinned.
The knife was stuck in her armor, only mere centimeters from being imbedded into her chest. Clutching the stone, she ducked as the sword meant to cleave her in half came towards her. Taking out her own, she swung it at his chest and took off full bore for Kevin.
Shakr'am was returning now, and she leapt into the air to catch it. It seemed to sooth her, and she was glad to feel it in her hands again. She didn't stop when she got to Kevin, she kept running. Indurance was her thing. She could run forever and not be tired. It was all that training she went through.
The stone has been taken in the name of Ice! Laughing, she stopped at the docks and pushed the boat into the water. Fog was rolling in, and soon nobody would be able to see a thing.
Kevin! We must return!
ooc: Was any of this post okay? I'm not good with fights, so I tried my best. If it wasn't correct and I somehow powerplayed, let me know.

The scene played out before Nina's eyes as if time had slowed down. Nina's dagger left her hand and began to soar across the plain, Lyneya leapt sideways, and at the same time, Dagwyn was making his way toward the two.
As Lyneay hit the ground, a sharp, hollow, and shattering sound echoed in Nina's mind. Time suddenly sped up. Nina's dagger hit the Northerner dead center in the chest, but the sound of armor quickly made her realize that she had not hurt the Northerner greatly. Sure, she'll have a bruise from the impact, but nothing life-threatening.
Neither Dagwyn nor Nina was fast enough to stop Alaria from swiping the stone from Lyneya's grasp as she lay helpless upon the merciless ground. Alaria sprinted past her. For a split second, Nina moved to chase after her, but common sense caught up to her before she could move.
She fast... there's no way I'll catch her... Dagwyn would be much faster than I... the Pirate King and his men are down that way as well...
Nina cursed out loud. She would have to leave stopping the thief to someone else. I can't just leave Lyneya here. Damn it all! Nina sheathed her sword and ran toward Lyneya. Bending down, she ask, "Can you hear me? Lyneya, answer me!"
