Morwen took her eyes off of him and set them upon the drink. She smiled again and grabbed it, taking a sip to see what it tasted like. And remembered to reply, "Excellent thanks." She wasn't sure if she said excellent to the drink or the keeping secrets...

Alessio turned to the fallen angel, satisfied with the pirate. "So... whats your story? I'll be willing to bet that it isn't as illegal as the pirate's here," he laughed the word illegal through his lips...

Morwen luaughed too. but thought it wasn't funny. She thought stealing was stealing. Through her eyes, stealing was right. Still taking sips from her glass, she watched the other with intent eyes.

Alessio walked back over to serve one of the old men who had called for another round. As he was coming back to the pirate, he saw some people walking past the Inn, peering in suspiciously. Very few things got past the King in here.
"Friends of yours?" he asked the pirate.

Morwen hid a smile in her hands. And changed a cough into a laugh. "Maybe..." She replied. However, she looked through the window with worried glances. She switched positions in her chair, and kept her eyes locked on the door.

Alessio wasn't one to hide criminals, but he wasn't ready to so easily plam off a paying customer.
There was four men, all of them in elaborate robes, just at a glance you could see that they reeked of upper class society. They just stood in front of the doorway and scanned the room silently, holding the door open.
"Would you mind closing the door gentlemen... you'll let a draught in," Alessio moved along the bar away from the pirate lass, so that when their attention was on him, they wouldn't see her...

Morwen did not move. Although, she was hiding a smile. She loved having others come after her. It shows she is worth something. In her mind, the guards were playing a game with her and they didn't even know it. However, Morwen was grateful that Alessio was helping her. he must have done this before, for he looked perfectly serious. Unless he was always like that...
Inside, Morwen was feeling proud that she had people after her. She loved being on the run. Especially when she out smarted the High Guards.

Alessio watched quietly as the guards studied the him for a moment, but whatever they may have thinking, they obviously thought better of it, as they walked back out of the bar, closing the door behind them.
It wasn't uncommon for Alessio. He has head and shoulders above most men, and thicker by far, nobody crossed him if they knew what was best for them.
He walked back over to the pirate, much more relaxed now, "I don't believe I ever caught name Miss."

Morwen smiled at her amazing entrance to the bar and that she forgot to introduce herself. "The name's Morwen." She propped her elbow on the counter and pointed a lazy finger at him. "Alessio. right?" She knew that was his name, but wanted to clarify that he knew she knew his name. (Wow, confuzing , sorry. Didn't know how else to say it...  ) |

ooc: Don't worry, I got it  "Khalora, Alessio Khalora, yes," Alessio was more at ease now that he knew her name, it was odd having to call someone Ma'am or Miss all the time. "Well, Morwen, I don't know how your first impressions of this city has been. But its a fair place here. Maybe you'll stay a while..." He knew that pirates travelled heaps, and he didn't really expect much less from Morwen... |

(Haha, Bond, James Bond  ) Morwen smiled at her thoughts. Yeah I'll stay! With all this wealth? Who wouldn't? She didn't care if he could read he thoughts by her obvious expression, but she answered anyway. "Yes, Iwill." And she smiled again, for Morwen knew he would know what she really thought. "And thanks for helping me with the competition," she nodded to the door and winked. This will deffinetly be a fun place to poke around in. |

Khalora nodded, and walked away from the pirate. He had work to do, and he'd let her enjoy her rum for now. Its not like there was really anything of value in this Inn, except for his own room, but he'd have to keep his eye on Morwen. She was a pirate after all, and he had more than enough experience with them to know how they acted, and how to deal with them.
But maybe he was just overexaggerating the situation... maybe nothing would happen... but he'd wait and see... There was skill to be gained from this yet...

Morwen sipped her drink, eyeing Alessio as he eyed her. She fell quiet now, staring down at her cup.
After many minutes of twirling her cup, Morwen looked up toawrds Alessio. She thought this place was very nice and safe. "Alessio, may I get a room here?" She became very weary and felt as if her eyes would close any second. She hadn't relized it, but she hadn't slept for 24 hours! She had a shocked expression now, mixing up with the tired one...
