Dagger stopped and turned around after the woman had spoken and looked to the blond woman who looked at a lost with words to the woman not far behind her "I stopped feeling a while go" she repiled calmly a frown coming to her face as she spoke to the woman behind the blond."But go ahead and insult me I have been called far worse that a lowlife murder" She said as she turned a heel and started to walk again a way from the two woman now on her third attempt to leave the island she stopped after a few steps and turned to face them "Before I leave ladies if the man had not fallen of the ledge would you be trying to stop him from stelling the stone to someone like me, or would you have followed to man around and start to harass the person he sold it to, if you asked me you should be lucky that I have it and not one of the leader rulers kings whatever they are don't have it." She stated then turned back around and continued her way off they island.

"Quite frankly, I could care less what happens to some useless stone, and I wouldn't harass anyone who had it," Nina replied. "I was merely off setting your previous statement." She thought about her words for a moment, and laughed silently. If the woman had known who Nina was, Nina's words would seem rather hypocritical.
Oh! The irony...
Nina did not wait on (nor did she expect) a reply from the trader. She turned to the blonde woman standing behind her and whispered, "This woman will kill without remorse or guilt. It would do no good to fight her here and now; you'd be dead before you knew it, for you seem to gentle and perhaps too naive." She paused.
Live today, fight tomorrow… Vance’s voice rang through Nina’s head. He always said that…
“If this stone is as dangerous as you say, then you can do the world no good if you're not around to help protect it." She finished.
Nina still did not believe in any supernatural power the stone possessed, but she understand the value of money. This stone will cause conflict, for its worth is great. Once words begins to spread, it will not only be the drifters that seek its riches, but also Alessio of the Southerners, Ice of the Ice Warriors, Geddo of the Pirates, Nau'ren of the Navy, and Cailen of the Angels that seek the worth of the stone.

Lyneya forced herself to nod as the drifter spoke to her. She knew that what she was saying was true. But she still couldn't help but grimace at the red headed trader. She was going to walk away with that stone, and Lyneya could do nothing about it. The realisation both shocked and horrored Lyneya, and felt like a stone boot in her stomach. Still, she forced herself to remain still. She stood rigid and shaking slightly as she watched the trader leave with what could perhaps be the very thing that threw this word into the war that had been building for so long.

Nina placed a hand on the shoulder of the drifter. Nina had always hated the war, but now, war seemed to be closer than ever. This stone will bring about more jealousy, more lust for power, and more conflict.
We'll see about the stone's literal power, but until then, we will have to witness its power over the hearts of men. Nina thought silently.
"You're gonna need help, am I right?" Nina asked the woman next to her. It was more of a rhetorical question, and Nina continued, introducing herself as she did so, "The name's Nina. What are you planning to do now?"

Lyneya nodded, she had finally lost sight of the trader. She turned to face the drifter standing with her, Nina.
"I am Lyneya." She said, trying to bring back to her whatever dignity she had left after the whole incident.
"First, we need to know where the Trader will go with the stone. It's gone now. Once it resurfaces, it could well be in the middle of a war. We might not be able to destroy the stone. . . but I think I have a good alternative."
Lyneya smiled, almost slyly.

Dagwyn was sitting crouched on the cliff, looking down on the people below. The old man was dead, his body broken and smashed against the rocks beneath the cliffs. Poor fellow. Dagwyn thought, wondering if he had fallen himself or somebody had snuffed his light out on purpose. The women appeared to be arguing, before one of them, the red head walked away, carrying what appeared to be a large stone. What!? Wait a minute! Wasn't that the stone that the old man carried? With a need to know he started climbing down.
With some emeralds in his pockets and the rest of his gear he felt like there was little to stay around the island anymore. He let go of the wall, landing in a crouched position on the ground. Before him lay the body of the man. Dagwyn knelt down beside him, closing his eyes. "May you never fade into oblivion." the young man whispered. "What happened while I was gone?" His voice was serious with clear traces of anger.

A good alternative? Interesting.
Nina removed her hand from the Lyneya’s shoulder and crossed her arms. "Traders go to Teer to start. If anyone will buy (or trade) the stone, it'll be a pirate or some other person on Teer," she said thoughtfully.
She looked up and saw a man she recalled seeing earlier in the caves. She raised her eyebrows. Where has he been? Her expression clouded over when he asked about the man.
She answered him in a flat tone, "The old man attempted to bring the stone to his grave. Needless to say, you can't destroy the stone upon the rocks. The other woman took the stone with her.”

"Damn! I should have followed her when she moved out of the cave." Dagwyn punched the stone wall, then he sighed and looked to the old man's body again. Another one that died while I was close. Something tell's me there's gonna be a whole lot more. He took a few steps towards where the other woman had gone. I could either leave this place and try and find out if my comrades actually died..., or I could follow the stone. Why follow someone because of a dead stranger? He didn't know the answer himself, but having a goal in life could give it more meaning, if only a little. Dagwyn had been looking for a goal during his short life, and now it had ended up finding him instead.
With long strides he was back with the women, though he didn't quite know why. Maybe they could give him information or help of any kind. "What do you plan on doing now?" He was calmer now and his voice had lost the traces of anger.

"For now. . ." Lyneya began, looking back at the ocean with a somewhat dreamy look etched upon her face. "We have to wait. . . the stone will show itself somewhere, sooner rather then later. We will have to wait to see if our the thief is with it or not."

"I can't say I've ever been a patient person. Just simply waiting for the stone to show itself just isn't in my style," Nina replied. She was silent for a moment, thinking to herself. She shifted her feet, moving the wieght from one foot to the other.
"You seem to know a little more about this stone than the rest of us," Nina said finally, letting her previous doubts fade into the back of her mind. "Do you want us to stick together, or head our separate ways and find a way to contact each other if we hear anything about the stone?"
